Since 1972, Diane Chaplin-Colvard has been helping people with one of life's most important decisions: buying and selling property in the Florida Keys. As the owner and licensed broker of Waterfront Specialists Inc., Diane is known for her innovative and cutting edge marketing plus a reputation for getting properties sold. Having earned four professional designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and E-Pro, Diane believes that it?s imperative she continues to educate herself in order to assist her clients with their investment needs.
For Diane Chaplin-Colvard, the Keys have been home since 1953. Committed to making a difference in her community, Diane has served as the first President of the Marathon Community Theatre, Inc., charter President of the Marathon Zonta Club, Race Director for the first two 7 Mile Bridge Runs (since 1982) as well as numerous other clubs and organizations. Diane is an avid supporter of the local schools she attended while growing up in the Keys and also her alma mater, the University of Florida (Keys Gator Club).
As a dedicated and hard working professional, Diane lives by the Platinum Rule (treating others the way they want to be treated).
