April 16
A series tournament targeting a traditional
style of Keys tarpon fishing. Anglers can
fish Bahia Honda bridge, 7-Mile Bridge, or
Long Key Bridge. Fish three tides (April
15-16, May 13-14, June 3-4), and anglers
with the most releases wins cash prizes.
Tournament also raises money for local
scholarships. A 35-boat max tournament with
a max of six anglers per boat.

forum to introduce presidential grandchildren.
It also spotlights the Little White House where
former president Harry Truman spent nearly six

This "flats series" tournament consists of
three parts during the best times of year to
fish each species: permit (March 12-13),
tarpon (May 28-29) and bonefish (Oct. 8-9).
Each part pays out $3k for the two-angler
team with the most combined points, second
and third place. In addition to cash prizes
the tournament raises money for local
scholarships. Limited entry of 35 boats,
first come first served.
